Kids and Teens
As an attachment trained therapist, I focus on the whole child and family. I am passionate about helping children and their families using research-based and trauma informed approaches through difficult seasons. My goal is to help reduce the stigma surrounding children’s mental health and empower families with tools and insights to support one another on their healing and growth journey.
I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space for the children and adolescents I work with. What they share in session is treated with deep respect and confidentiality, unless there’s a safety concern. When family dynamics are central to the challenges being addressed, I encourage family involvement—with the client’s consent—as part of the therapeutic process.
