Adults

Over half of my practice is dedicated to working with adults. I’m passionate about supporting clients through life transitions, grief, daily stressors, and the process of reconnecting with their most authentic selves.

My approach is rooted in attachment theory and person-centered care. I take time to truly understand your story so I can better grasp how you relate to the world and to others. Together, we’ll explore current patterns and gently shift unhelpful behaviors toward ones that align with your values and the life you want to live.

I’m especially drawn to helping clients build a deeper, more compassionate understanding of themselves. I believe healing begins when we stop trying to eliminate parts of ourselves and start listening to them with curiosity and care—even the parts we may initially see as “undesirable.” I often incorporate internal dialogue and self-compassion work into sessions, guiding clients toward a more integrated sense of self. To me, self-love is not a luxury—it’s essential for healing.
